PLANT MANAGER (Expirienced in food or pharmaceutical powders handling)

We are an ISO 22 000 certified foodstuff production company, located in United Arab Emirates.  In order to meet the requirements of the local and international markets we need to employ a

PLANT MANAGER

Main requirements :

- an engineering degree , preferably in food or pharmaceutical packaging technologies
- a secondary degree in management will be considered as an advantage
- reasonable experience in working with equipment for bulk powders storing, transportation, mixing, dosing and packing
- working experience in a food company or pharmaceutical company
- experience in project management
- fluent in English
- fluent in MS Office
- excellent communication skills
- excellent problem solving skills

Main responsibilities :
- to prepare the monthly schedule for production, maintenance, calibration and verification
- to manage the team consisting of the Production manager, the Technical manager and the Quality control manager
- to optimize the design of the equipment in order to increase the efficiency of the production
- to estimate a monthly budget and to verify it with the CEO of the company
