п.п. Това с толкова много дискове е кросфитърска визуална измама ли??
Сигурно имаш нормални 4 х 25кг и 2 х 10 кг

Не е. Просто дисковете са от пресована гума, не са железни. Затова са с по-голям обем.

Сигурно имаш нормални 4 х 25кг и 2 х 10 кг

Не съм убеден, че разбрах правилно...
Но дисковете са си стандартни бъмпъри, гумени. Иначе са натрупани така, защото съм качвал тежестта постепенно, добавяйки 5-чки и накрая по 2.5, защото минах през 135.
