2. Incline Dumbbell Press - 4 sets x 10 , 10 , 6-8 , 6-8 reps
3. Bench press - 4 sets x 10 , 10 , 10 , 8 reps
4. Incline Fly - 3 sets x 12-15 reps
5. Dumbbell Fly - 3 sets x 10 reps
6. Decline Bench Press - 3 sets x 10 reps
7. FST-7 Cable Crossover - 7 sets x 8-12 reps ( 30 sec rest )
