Overall I’m not trained anything nor did I go to the gym, etc. I do not know who-what problem with the weight and fit into a size as some C-ki and I are big, but it is so true and their numbers; D my waistline has always been more or less small and all my knocks at the waist (clothes up becoming my major), but my hips are a problem mainly so I started training. I like programs Jillian Micheals and I can go on them, if you do not lose weight, at least to be tightened because they feel the difference.
Well, it was in May, from tomorrow I start to record your meals and workouts here and see what become. A NOS, at 18 am.
