Hello, I am Emma.
Late last year, I decided to start a dedicated daily workout routine at the start of 2021. Although I started a few days ago, but I haven’t been consistent.
I set a small goal that I can easily achieve so that I will be motivated to do more. That is, 5 push ups in the morning and in the night. I know it is a small thing. I am literally lazy, I can only manage to do 10 at a stretch. Even 5 is difficult.
So, when I found this forum, I thought it would be a good idea to give updates on my journey. For me, it would be more interesting and I would be more dedicated.

Give some more information about yourself. Otherwise what could I say - dare for more as no pain no gain.

I am back to the challenge. I had very pressing issues to attend to, that was the reason for my absence.
But, I will try to stay committed to giving updates.
