Бяха готови 140 ,но се виждаше умора и разсеяност на лицето ти 😁

Между другото,защо си спрял да обръщаш от земя и то поне от две години ? Има ли някаква причина за това?

От 10 месеца обръщам приритетно от вис - усещам осезаем прираст на сила и експлозивност в трапеца, долна част на гърба и глутеусите. Килата на щангата растат, стари рекорди падат. Доволен съм и ще продължа поне още 3 месеца.

Вчера беше доста неприятен ден в лично отношение и тази “тренировка” беше по-скоро терапевтичен сеанс.
