Викторе, като се каже clean&jerk, не се ли разбира и клек към движението или аз съм в грешка?
Така и не ги оправих точно тези движения. Но според последното, което гледах в you tube това е power clean&jerk.

Точно Power Clean е тук. Но пак всичко е в контекста. На състезание по щанги никой не го интересува дали ще клекнеш под паралела при обръщането или само ще подклекнеш. В кросфит комплексите обичайно се уточнява какво точно движение се иска, освен ако не е в стил ground-to-overhead, където ти си избираш кое ти е най-удобно.

Аз още известно време ще избягвам пълния клек в комплекси за време (заради усукването на лявото коляно), макар вече да си го позволявам бавно и контролирано в силовите блокове.

1. Combo Thruster (from rack) & Squat Clean - upto 90 kg

Коляното се държи добре, главата не е готова за по-тежко и я послушах да спра до мижавите 90 кг. Усещането е странно - в най-долна точка се чувствам неуверен и очаквам болка (каквато на практика не се появи). Над паралела съм мощен и стабилен, явно Box Squat дава много сила в тази част от движението.

Barbell Bench Press Situp.
Имам ясен спомен, че на това упражнение съм стигал 100 кг. Не успях да намеря видео (ако въобще съм правил такова преди 10-12 години), а с търсачката не го намерих в дневника. Днес 80 ми беше предел. Вероятно щях да изтискам 85, но на 90 не ми се получи.
